Shop Policies


Payment will be collected at the moment that an order is placed. Different policies apply to commission work.

You may choose one of the following payment options: 

- PayPal 

- Stripe 

Additional customs duties and taxes might apply to orders sent outside of the European Union, but I will refund you the VAT that you are being charged during the check out. 


Orders will be sent out within 3 business days. Different delivery times apply to commissioned items.

The delivery time is dependent on the courier and the destination. Once the parcel has left the sorting center in the Netherlands, deliveries within EU are estimated to arrive within 1-8 business days. For other destinations, and for a more percise estimations on the delivery times, please refer to PostNL website

Sizes A4 and smaller: 

Shipment method: PostNL Registered mail - the recipient is required to sign the delivery.

Packaging: Padded mailbox size cardboard box; in addition the piece is mounted on removable sturdy cardboard and wrapped inside plastic to protect it from moisture.

Sizes A3 and larger:

Shipment method: All domestic (the Netherlands) mail will be sent out as PostNL "Domestic Parcel". For other destinations PostNL "International Parcel" is being used. All shipments are traceable.

Returns and cancellations

You are entitled to a reflection period of 14 calendar days (not applicable to custom made products). Please contact me at your earliest convenience if would like to return your order. The reflection period starts from the moment you receive the item. The period is extended to the next working day if it ends on a weekend or on a public holiday. During the reflection period you may return the item in its original packet. Before withdrawing, you can only examine the item in a similar manner as if in a shop, allowing you to confirm it is what you ordered and wanted. If you have used the item, I hold the right to claim compensation for the diminished value. Once the item is returned unused, I shall return the payment. All return costs are the buyer's responsibility. I will, however, reimburse the original delivery cost (excluding any customs fees).

Even though all shipments are packed with care, accident might sometimes happen during the delivery process. In the case that the packet arrives to you damaged, kindly keep it unopened, and contact me as soon as possible for further instructions. I will do my best to either repair or replace the item. If the damage is irreversible, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price.

If you would like to withdraw an order before it has been shipped, please send me and email. If it's a commission piece, I hold the right to decline, but in the case that I have not started working on it yet, or if it's unfinished, I might be able to issue either partial or full refund.

Although unlikely to occur, any unresolved disputes will be handled by Alternative and Online Dispute Resolution (ADR/ODR)
